Description

The HMVW-16 multiviewer is a compact modular solution that offers outstanding performance in broadcast monitoring, command and control, and integrated multi-format display applications. The HMVW-16 multiviewer monitoring system can simultaneously combine multiple inputs in formats of HD-SDI, SDI and CVBS, and provides auto-identification of input formats.

Combining any mix of any source format, the HMVW-16 multiviewers offer the ultimate in multiviewer flexibility. Modular architecture eases operation and the redundant power supplies ensure 24/7 continuous operation. The HMVW-16 1RU chassis accepts four input processing modules for 16 scalable windows. One HDMI output up to 1920x1080i can be ordered by users as needed. Analog audio output for monitoring is also available. 

 

The operator can instantly view each source whether video or audio level meters. Other functionalities include immediate and visual alert of fault conditions, clear display of dynamic UMDs, tally status, clocks and up/down timers, and timecode.

 

Control

The HMVW-16 multiviewer is a fully controllable and reconfigurable multi-image display system. User display configuration is provided via the powerful multiviewer layout editing software. The load of layouts is simplified with the option to use the 16 pre-loaded basic templates or to create and save 16 new layout styles. The other control options include a front-panel LCD menu and remote control over serial port and Ethernet interface.
